Growing Medical Practice is seeking a Clinical Manager
Develops and implements all clinical policies and procedures. Develops standards of care for clinical staff.
Supervises Clinic, Procedure Schedulers, Imaging, and DME staff, including participating in their hiring, training and evaluation to ensure the most efficient matching of physician /clinician availability and patient preferences for time and date. Responds and resolves employee relation issues and addresses disciplinary and/or performance problems according to company policies.
Work as a member/leader of special or on-going projects that are important to area/process or corporation improvement .Ensure the
doctors call schedules, are completed notifying all appropriate personnel of any changes. Responsible for departmental operational policies and procedures governing Imaging, Clinic, Orthopedic Techs, Procedure Scheduling. Oversees and responsible for DME program, including staffing, inventory checks and keeping current with income opportunities. Ensure compliance of CPR, First Aid and AED training for all company personnel. Coordinate for employee/physician TB and flu vaccinations.
Oversee clinical co-ops, externs or
volunteers. Assigns duties and responsibilities.
Responsible for and oversee the development and maintenance of a comprehensive corporation and clinical safety program (within OSHA and regulatory agencies).
Ensure clinical staff is within all Federal and State regulatory laws for certifications and licensures. Handles customer questions and complaints, communicates with customers, handles service problems politely and efficiently, available for customers, follows procedures to solve customer problems, understands company products and
services, maintains professional image. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college with a business or medical field concentration or equivalent experience. Minimum five to seven years of excellent customer service experience in a medical setting. Three to five years of proven leadership experience is required.
Ensures compliance for clinical area with Exposure Control Standards/Blood -borne and Air-borne Pathogens. Performs other duties that may be necessary or in the best interest of the department / practice.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university/college with a business or medical field concentration or equivalent experience.
Minimum five to seven years of excellent customer service experience in a medical setting. Three to five years of proven leadership experience is required. Will manage 6 Direct Reports and 50 indirect reports.Please contact me ASAP!Lauren Helm
