Marketing Manager - Global Specialties Responsibilities Develops and executes marketing and business plans that deliver measurable results versus performance metrics. Business plans could include a variety of issues including new product or market development, product improvement, product quality and consistency, advertising, e-commerce / website issues, strategic partnerships, etc. Develops and executes new product introductions with the help of business development managers, the Senior Marketing Specialist and product managers, and the sales team. Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities. Identifies customer/market needs and develops value propositions to meet those needs. Conduct market studies and conducts market, competitive and market share surveys and analysis as required supporting the existing and new business objectives and strategies. Builds and leads cross functional teams to ensure business plans and projects are communicated, agreed upon, and implemented in a timely manner. Conducts profitability analysis for market segments to maximize long term sustainable profitability. Supports the sales force and distributors by providing marketing information and sales tools. Oversees the development of marketing and promotional programs, including product brochures to stimulate demand for our range of products/services, and ensures the execution of these programs. Coordinates activities and displays for industry shows with the assistance of the Sr. Marketing Specialist.
