Chubb has maintained its reputation and financial stability with underwriting expertise, unparalleled customer service, unique industry-specific specialization and a deep respect for all of our employees.As a Chubb Specialty Insurance (CSI) Territory Manager/Executive Protection Senior Underwriter, you are accountable for:Financial performance of a $7.6 million book of commercial business.Achieving profitable growth for the Cincinnati Branch.Successful market penetration and agency management including Business Planning and coordination for all of CSI in the territory.Acting as a key contact to build, maintain and manage customer/broker relationships including regular travel..Identifying opportunities for growth within new and existing production sources including partnering with law firms, accounting firms, etc.Performing front door management to filter new business and reinforce appetite and manage the public strategy within the territory.Conduct agency planning and goal setting including continual monitoring of progress.Representing one face to the customer for all Executive Protection products and services, including identifying cross sell opportunities.Predominately responsible for soliciting, risk selection and analysis (including documentation), pricing and sales of Forefront, Not-for-profit and LMT products and services for new business.Meeting with new and renewal customers to make sales presentations and negotiate coverage's, price, financial terms and service delivery, as necessary.Working in a team environment with Underwriters, Public Underwriting Center (PUC), USB (Underwriting Service Branch), Claims and Operations.Meeting service standards of a customer focused strategy.Collecting and sharing competitor data with team.Knowledge, skills and abilities: Solid knowledge of commercial Executive Protection underwriting and insurance industry theories and practicesDemonstrated technical expertise and product specific knowledgeProven, successful sales skills Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
